Birthing
Peaceful Women
Sacred Support for Life’s Labors
Education, training, and coaching for the thoughtful woman seeking evidence-informed, body-centered care as she prepares to birth a baby or a deeper sense of self.
Welcome to Peaceful Motives
Imagine feeling held while everything inside you shifts. That’s what this space is for.
Behind this work is a maternal-child health nurse, childbirth educator, and perinatal movement practitioner who understands that even the most beautiful transitions (pregnancy, postpartum, and recalibration) can carry waves of overwhelm, isolation, or self-doubt.
Here, every woman is met with holistic, evidence-informed care that integrates movement, mindfulness, and sacred self-discovery. Whether you’re preparing to give birth, returning to yourself in new motherhood, or stepping into the next version of you, this space supports your alignment, energy, and peace of mind.
This isn’t just support.
It’s sanctuary.
And it’s needed.

My Philosophy
Labor isn’t limited to childbirth. We labor through every threshold that reshapes us: identity shifts, grief, growth, and reinvention.
My Story
-
Founder“The maternal journey mimics our pathway to personal growth.”
One year into my nursing career, several doctors told us we wouldn’t be able to conceive. Supporting others through birth while grieving my own desire to become a mother was deeply painful. But in 2010, I became pregnant with my son, and that season changed my life.
I now know that peace isn’t about avoiding struggle. It’s about how we meet each wave. I created Peaceful Motives to help women feel supported, grounded, and seen through all of life’s labors.
